Our story
AJ's Roofing & Restoration was founded in 2004 with a simple idea: do the work right, charge a fair price, and treat every homeowner like a neighbor — because most of them are.
Twenty years later, that's still how we operate. We're based on Sycamore View in Bartlett. Our roofing crews have been with us for over fifteen years — same faces, same standards, every single job. When a storm rolls through Shelby County, we're the ones answering the phone on a Saturday night.
We use Tamko shingles because they hold up to Memphis weather. We document insurance damage carefully because homeowners deserve representation when an adjuster shows up. And we clean up after ourselves because your driveway shouldn't be full of nails when we leave.

We standardize on Tamko architectural shingles — they're rated for our wind zone, hail-resistant, and come with strong manufacturer warranties. We also install GAF and Owens Corning on request.
Most residential roofs are torn off, replaced, and cleaned up in one to two days. Larger or steeper roofs may take three. We tarp anything that's not finished by sundown.
We work with several local financing partners and can usually get you approved within a day. Ask about it when we come out for your estimate.
